1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Bareth Software Consulting Limited ("we", "us", or "our") through anilbareth.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide consulting services in artificial intelligence, cyber security, and software engineering. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in the applicable package description or custom agreement agreed upon before payment.

3. Payment

All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Work commences upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to information, systems, and personnel necessary for us to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines without additional liability on our part.

5. Intellectual Property

Deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the client's property upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methodologies, and general knowledge. We may reference anonymised project outcomes in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
