Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Bareth Software Consulting Limited is committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our consulting services.

2. Before Work Commences

If you cancel your engagement before any consulting work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund. "Work commencing" is defined as the first scheduled consultation, review session, or delivery of any project materials.

3. After Work Has Commenced

Once work has commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the engagement. Delivered work products and completed consultation hours are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@anilbareth.com with your name, payment reference, and reason for the request. We will respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed consultation sessions
• Delivered reports, documentation, or assessments
• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf
